Desde el telesilla del index, se sigue el camino que lleva al Lac Blanc, desviándonos al llegar a la canal que sube al Col de Las Crochues.
Fuerte subida hasta el inicio, donde encontramos un grupo preparándose también, después encontraremos otros que vamos avanzando.
Es muy bonita, aunque un poco dura. La travesía en conjunto larga pero un día impresionante.
